Prices are in Canadian dollars. Any tax that applies is shown before you pay, never added afterwards.

What you get: a 3 to 6 second animated logo sting, delivered in three aspect ratios (16:9, 1:1 and 9:16), transparent and solid versions, with source files. Sound design and variants are an optional $500 add-on at checkout.

When the clock starts: the 72 hours begins when I have your logo in vector format (.ai, .eps, .svg or .pdf).

If you don't have vector files: send me whatever you do have. Within one business day I'll tell you one of three things. That I can redraw it for $100, which adds a day to the turnaround. That it needs more work than that, with a quote before I start. Or that it can't be accurately redrawn from what you've sent, in which case you get a full refund. I won't charge you for redrawing without telling you the number first, and the 72 hours doesn't start until the vector is done and you've approved it.

The animatic: before I render anything final, I send you an animatic showing the timing and the movement. You approve it, or you tell me what is wrong and I revise it once at no charge.

Refunds: if you do not approve the animatic and do not want to continue, you get a full refund. You have 14 days from receiving the animatic to tell me. After you approve the animatic, or after 14 days without a response, the work is treated as accepted and the sale is final. I cannot refund work that has been delivered and used.

Payment: half to start, half on launch.

What you get: up to five pages designed and built, copywriting for every page, a mobile-first build, on-page SEO, and contact or booking integration. Included at no extra cost: Google Business Profile setup or optimization, three motion assets, twelve months of hosting and updates, and thirty days of unlimited small edits after launch.

When the clock starts: the seven days begins on the day you have sent me everything I need: content, assets, and access. I give you that list up front so there are no surprises. The clock does not start on the day you pay.

When the clock pauses: if I am waiting on you. Late feedback, missed approvals, or new pages added mid-build do not count against the deadline. I will tell you in writing when the clock pauses and when it restarts.

If I miss it: you choose, 50% of your money back or double the included extras. Either way I finish the site. This applies to the seven day build only. The Google Business Profile setup depends on Google's verification, which is outside my control and is not covered by this guarantee.

Ownership: the site, the files and the domain are yours. If I register a domain for you it goes in your name on your account. When the final payment clears, everything transfers to you and you can take it anywhere.

Payment: half to start, half on delivery of the final files.

What you get: positioning and naming direction, a primary mark and variants, a type and colour system, a guidelines document, and every production file organized and named. Included: an animated logo stinger, print and signage-ready files, a social kit, and a year of free file format requests.

The guarantee: you see three directions within three days of the start. If none of them land, I go again with new directions at no extra charge.

The limit: up to two additional rounds of new directions, within 30 days of the first presentation. Beyond that we would agree a new scope and price.

Ownership: on final payment, the identity and all files are yours.

Where they differ: where an offer's own section says something different from this one, that offer's section is what applies.

Revisions: each offer includes the revisions described above. Work outside that scope gets quoted separately before it starts.

What I need from you: each project has a list of what I need before work begins. Where a guarantee depends on a deadline, that deadline runs from the day the list arrives complete.

If you cancel: before work starts, full refund. After work starts, you pay for what has been done and we part ways. For the Stinger specifically, see the animatic terms above.

If I cancel: if I decide a project is not a fit, I will tell you and refund what you have paid for work not yet done.

Portfolio: I show finished work in my portfolio unless you ask me not to. Ask any time and I will take it down.

Your statutory rights: nothing here removes rights you have under Saskatchewan's Consumer Protection and Business Practices Act or other applicable law. Where anything here conflicts with those, the law wins.
